473 ml can. Quiet pour with modest carbonation and an aroma of coriander and citrus. The beer is a hazy straw colour with a white head and good lace. The start is malty smooth with citrus notes expanding into the middle. Long finish with spicy notes of coriander blending. Good mouthfeel. Smooth, fruity, spicy.

canette 473 ml.

[8994-20170121] 473mL can. Bretted green leafy sugar-dusted doughnut aroma. Hazy, pale yellow body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Bitter yeasty mineral leafy greens flavour. Medium body. Good. (7/4/8/4/14) 3.7

Can from the brewery. Clear yellow pour, small white head. Aroma is yeasty, and grassy, crisp and clean. One dimensional, lacks any fruit character, low bitterness. Pretty. Much, a yeast, grassy wheat beer without much more going on. Not bad, but pretty boring.

Tap at brewery. Pours slightly hazy, lots of orange zest notes. Full body lively carbonation.

2017-01-21. Hazy pastel yellow, large white head fades. 3+ Aroma is yeasty, with grassy floral hop character. Flavour is moderately bitter throughout, lightly floral, hints of grass. Decent take on the style. Enjoyable. Average body, good carbonation. 7/3-4/7/3/14-15 Can from the brewery courtesy of Gorbalev.

Can from the brewery. Pours a light golden colour with a white cap and some decent lacing. Citrus note aromas with some wheat, spices and witbier yeast. The taste is a mix of refreshing wheat, citrus and spices. So far, this is the one I prefer from this brewery.

Picked up a tallboy at the brewery. Pours a pretty big foamy bubbly white head and has a quite a hazy yellowish appearance. Some sticky lacing remains. Aromas are mostly citrusy, some grassy hops. Flavours are also quite citrusy, some notes of spices and orange zest. Also a bit wheaty and some more of the grassy hops in the finish. Some bitterness on the palate. Not bad.

Lubiere (14182) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 9, 2016
A blonde wit with a thin white head. In aroma, loads of banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes, light creamy notes, classic. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of banana esters, cloves, silky mouth feel, nice and smooth. On tap at Cornwall Summer Beer fest 2016.
