Bottle, 75cL. Home. A pale yellow opaque beer with a medium white head ; medium retention. Fruity aroma (citrus), spicy (coriander), floral, herbs. Medium sweet, medium dry bitter ; refreshing. Light body, thin silky texture, good carbonation (no fizziness), dry lasting spicy finish. Overall, a pleasant french white beer ; floral & spicy ; OK. erickok (6037) - Leuven, BELGIUM - FEB 6, 2013
What beer hazy body, yellowish golden, with bubble and stable head. Light citric, lemony, some soap, crusty white bread and a little grassy hops. Not as rich as I expected. Drinks better, with a light citrus, orange tone and quite refreshing. However, the Tourangelle Blanche form the brewer is better. This is slightly more bland. Which is strange, because the Tourangelle serie is supposed to be the dimmed down one. Ah well. Now I have to find a Turone Ambrée to complete this brewer. :) (75cl bottle from 8 à Huit in Tours) TimE (5994) - Tokyo, JAPAN - JUN 26, 2012
very carbonated, frothy white head. Very fragerant citrusy and cardamom. Light clean, fruity mouth. Ok balance. Nothing outstanding but not bad. Dry fruity finish.
