There’s more and more microbreweries around, and lot of them (I’m sorry) are quite unnecessary. It’s good you want to make your own beer, but usually they’re pretty bland.
This one is different! It’s a good beer: lots of aroma (sweet, acid), a great finish that call for an other bottle. Flanfl (801) - Lyon, FRANCE - APR 30, 2016
Hazy gilden color, medium lasting white head. Aroma of belgian yeast, spicies, honey, biscuit. Flavours of belgian yeast, spicies, honey. Medium sweet slightly bitter finish.

Aroma: Saison like suprisingly,, some spices, sweet bread, yeast, dry hops, apricots and peaches
Taste:. moderate sweet. Starts citric foollowed bt some appricots and a bit of yeast and spices before it finishes with some bitterness.
dry texture, medium body, slightly too high carbonation. erickok (6037) - Leuven, BELGIUM - JAN 15, 2013
Light misty yellow greenish body with significant head, unfortunately quite unstable. Fresh saison like aroma, dry hops, citric, sweet bread, lemon curd and fresh yeast. Nice sweet citric starts getting into a more bitter desert taste. Quite dry and very drinkable. That, together, doesn?t sound too interesting but it drinks very well and is rich in taste. Well made classic style brew. (75cl bottle from 8 à Huit in Tours)

Pours a hazy bright yellow colour with a white firm head. Aroma of sweet honey, some spices, ash and sweet peach. Flavour of sweet honey, grains, some citricy sourness, peach, floral notes and some spiciness. Could be a Tripel, could be a witbier. Refreshing.

Aroma is sweetish with peach and some floral notes. Also hints of grassy hops. Flavour has lots of soapy citrus, some floral notes, honey and hints of hops. Refreshing, although becomes a bit sweet and sticky towards the end of the glass. A ’tripel lite’, I’d say.
hazy blonde color. Fruity, light moderately hoppy mouth. Simple, but not bad. But like other of their products, nothing exciting. Delirium (669) - Falmouth, Cornwall, ENGLAND - JUL 5, 2011
Draught at Chinon’s "Nocturnes gourmandes" street festival. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma and flavor are of sweet malt and some light yeast, in the general style of a tripel. Slightly reminiscent of a witbier, oddly enough. Pretty good.
