Clean golden pour with creamy white head and lace. Aroma is pilsner malt and a touch of perfumy hops. Flavor is the flat pilsner malt with a floral hop finish. Slightly sweet start with an ok bitter. Light/medium bodied with good carbonation very ok

Pretty hard to drink this beer. I had it on tap at the brew pub. A very flat chicken feedy taste. Would not recommend.

tap at the main brewpub - Note that all the beers were billed as "Main Street Brewing", no mention of Turonis, though at least that keeps them separate from Main Street Brewing in Ohio. Pours yellow-gold and has an aroma of grain malt and fruit. There’s some mild bitterness in this mostly sweet and light bodied brew. It has a clean, lightly bitter finish. A decent beer.

Tap. Honey barley malt aroma. Pale yellow color with moderate head. Honey barley malt flavor. with lightly bitter herbal hops finish. Very nice - spectacular for a light beer.

Tap: Golden hue with a lasting fizzy head. The aroma is that of wet pale grains, light noble hop herbal and grassy vapours and a hint of DMS. The taste is almost akin to Bud Light but with a bit more faint noble hop and pils malt character, light veggie tones. The mouth feel is crisp and refreshing enough. My bowling teammates actually liked the ales over this and I guess that says a lot. Boring...

IBG Winterfest 2009.

Poured clear amber color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sweet grainy aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and lively carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration.

My expectations where met for this first beer from this brewer.

STL Microfest. Pours light yellow with a large white head. Aroma has pale malt along with some diacetyl. Medium body with prickly carbonation. The taste starts with lightly toasted pale malt, diacetyl and spicy hops. The finish is mainly spicy hops. Fair.

Tasted 6/7/08. St Louis Microfest. Pale golden hue. Sparse white head. Mild grainy nose. Crisp and grainy palate. Light bodied with a mildly tart dry finish. Simple and easy.
