Brewed to survive the voyage from England to India, this medium gold colored ale has a very assertive bitterness to create a decidedly hoppy pale ale

Big northwest hop aroma and clear Amber pout. Hoppy green hoppy flavor and mild malts. Leans towards hops obviously. Great beer.

Pours a clear gold nice head. Aroma is citrucy dank hops. Slight barnyard funk from dank hops. Taste follows the aroma well with some grapefruit and slight lemon notes. Very nice malt and balance. Very well made.

Some oddly downer ratings for this thing. I thought the nose was overly dry but sufficiently dank; the color made me want to slam it - nice drinkable orange gold; the flavor was a nice creamy shroud over its ample hop character, and though it didn’t take full advantage of botanicals or citrus notes that it was very good. I don’t know, maybe I have the lowest standards.

On tap at Tustin Brewing. New recipe and it shows. Pours a medium orange with little visibility and 1/3" of white foam. Aroma is floral hop and citrus. Taste is well balanced citrus and some malt notes that at first seem to be off putting but soon balance out the whole beer and you realize this is an IPA. More hop forward than anything else but the West Coast it is. Overall, love this beer.

Pours amber gold with a white head. Aroma is a bit tropical/grape. Med body. Flavor:citrus/grape/melon with nice caramel. Mild hop burn, but in no way harsh. Excellent.

On tap. Brewer said this was nearly two months old, but still tasted pretty fresh to me. Pours with a clear orange body and a long lasting white head with great lace. Aroma of strong orange citrus and light hops. (C-hops and some simcoe). Taste is really nice, herbal, citrus and dank. Fresh smelling. Light caramel. Very nicely attenuated. Creamy carbonation, good bitterness, dry and well made!

Tap a the brewpub. Rating #16. Very dark dense amber pour with a decent off-white head. Aroma was nice citrus and a little pine, juicy as well. Flavor was also piney with a touch more citrus, very nice IPA. (1294)

On draft at the brewpub. It pours golden with an off white head. The aroma is dank with some tropical fruit and a little citrus. The flavor is citrus, dank with some spice and a hint of caramel. Good full body and a really nice citrusy finish. A great standard brewpub IPA.
