3.8
Cybercat (5834) - Georgia, USA - DEC 19, 2014
Pours barely translucent reddish brown with a thin buff head. Roast malt aroma has strong cinnamon, clove, and, yes, ginger overtone - yes, definitely gingerbread. Flavor is like liquid gingerbread, malty and spicy and very festive. Texture is quite fizzy and lively, smooth if not too firm.

3.2
PorterPounder (7970) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - NOV 24, 2013
Decatur, Ga - on tap at Twain’s. Medium copper colored pour, off white head, Gingerbread cookie like aroma with some fresh lake water accents. Flavor has a bit of spicy bent to it with cinnamon dominating the spiciness, some brown sugar sweetness, a touch of chocolate. Mouthfeel is a thick enough. Pretty decent.

decaturstevo (6244) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - DEC 30, 2012
Deep amber pour with creamy tan head and lace. Aroma to namesake gingerbread and a light hinto chocolate. Ginger hard on the front and some tones of chocolate and a decent malt bitter. Medium body with a watery finish.

3.6
deyholla (11604) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - DEC 16, 2012
Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear deep brown with a near white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a nice light roast and dark grain complimented by vanilla, cinnamon and ginger. Flavor has more ginger and cinnamon upfront that mellow into dark grains with a hint of roast and vanilla.

4
Shag (3001) - Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA - DEC 13, 2012
Dark brown to black appearance with a white head. It smells like gingerbread man with some chocolate and toffee. Flavor is sweet and spicy with some chocolate, coffee, cinammon, ginger. Wow this is a treat.

DrinkEmUpJones (1069) - Georgia, USA - DEC 18, 2011
Pours dark brown with thick lacing. Full ginger & spice aroma. Gingerbread flavor is strong on the palate which is rich and creamy. Just like a gingersnap all the way through the finish. Slightly bitter keeps it from being too sweet.

3.6
aracauna (3606) - Georgia, USA - DEC 29, 2009
Good ginger. Almost hot. Sweet malt balances well. Good Christmas beer. I’d drink this again, definitely.

3.7
lithy (2996) - Capital of Appalachia, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 1, 2009
Dark brown, red tints, sticky dark beige head. Aroma is pure cinnamon sugar, sweet malt. Taste is some caramel a mouthful of drying cinnamon sugar.

4.4
unclemattie (4358) - Georgia, USA - MAR 1, 2009
tap. Pours an opaque, medium brown, light tan head. Aroma of a warm ginger bread house. Flavor has a hop bitterness, along with the sweet spice on nuts at Oktoberfest. Rich grain, sweet malt character. Overall, it reminds me of the small, merange covered gingerbread bits you’d find during the holidays. Spicy with a slight sweetness. Isn’t this what little girls are made of? 8,5,9,5,1
