Aged 16 and a half months in a French red wine barrel, our Sarahmonial saison has taken on a lot of wine essence and body. Tart, slightly sweet with subtle tannins peaking through before finishing in a dry, spicy saison style.

Deep yellow pour with creamy white head and lace. Corriander and kinda boozy aroma that I like. Winey, ok, and a very nice warmth, sweet start with a light dry finish. Medium body with good carbonation.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear yellowish gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of tart apple and dry red wine with some underlying tannins. Flavor is similar with tart green apple upfront and then dry red wine in the finish. An odd combo.

A dark golden color with a white head. Aroma contains some grapes, alcohol, citrus, and spices. The flavor is rather sour with some citrus, red wine, and spices. This is an odd one for sure but good odd. It almost has a barleywine quality but lighter.
