Pours a clear copper color on tap with fluffy off-white head that dissipates to leave moderate lace. Aroma and taste of biscuit and caramel maltiness over a hint of zesty hop. A little sparse on the hop compared to what the deScription makes you believe, but not a bad amber. chinchill (5163) - South Carolina, USA - DEC 27, 2015
On ta[ at the brewpub.
Lovely red-brown color with good clarity. The head is neither large nor durable but leaves patterned lacing.
Lightly sweet, malty aroma with some hop presence. The flavor (approaches 3.75) follows. Lingering mild bitterness and light, spicy hops.
Feel: near medium body with medium carbonation. Cybercat (5962) - Georgia, USA - DEC 19, 2014
Pours clear coppery Amber with a nice pale buff head. Crisp, malty aroma has a fruity undertone and a hint of hops. Flavor is crisp and malty, and the hops come forth more than in the aroma, woody and a little bitter. Texture is a bit thin, but fairly lively. Brew me a river. suprchunk (2994) - Crestview, Florida, USA - JUL 19, 2014

Twains Tasting Tray Beer #3. Citra scent prevails in this beer which, appropriately enough, pours the color of a hazy sunset. This beer is well hopped for an amber giving it a pleasing slightly bitter flavor to balance out the malts. All around decent beer. On tap at Twain’s. Pours light golden amber with a white head. Aromas of toasted and bready malts, light hop citrus, and some caramel sweetness. Flavors of sweet and bready malts, light hops presence, and some caramel. Did not get any of the Galaxy hop notes I was looking forl. yespr (46530) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - MAR 5, 2013

Appearance: Golden-amber body in hue, fairly clear, with a slight, white head depositing a light lacing on the descent.
Smell: Earthy, floral, faintly lemon-hinted hops ahead of the toasty, caramelly malts.
Taste: Toasted breadcrusts with a likable caramelized element to it. Medium-light sweetness. Earthy, lemony, lightly herbal hops with a moderate amount of bitterness. Drying, floral-lemon finish with still a slight undertone of earthiness.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied (barely). Medium carbonation.
Overall: A pleasing, balanced, refreshing amber ale.
