First and seventh in a series of IPAs exploring the fruity side of hops. This batch features Zythos, a bold, punchy hop with an essence of tropical fruit and citrus. Tropicalia IPA pours a wonderful orange color.

Tried this on tap at the GABF in Denver, CO. Citrus and tropical fruit aroma. Hints of tropical and citrus fruits in the flavor with a nice hoppy kick. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at Twains. Gold/orange pour with a thin white head. Scent is fruit but it is mild, hops and malt. Taste runs caramel, citrus and hops.

A copper color with a white head. Aroma contains peefume, oranges, pineapple, and mango. The flavor is somewhat bitter but also sweet from the tropical fruit presence. Wow this like tropical trail mix minus the shitty banana chips. Overall a nice warm weather beer but still maintains its IPAness.

Pours clear golden orange with sticky white head. Heady floral and citrus peel aromas. Very big on the palate-lots of bitter hops, lots of citrus peel. Great for hop lovers!

On draft at Twain’s. Pours a bright orange-yellow with a white head. Nose is a nice bit of malt, a bit of citrus, some tropical fruit, like tangerines and some mild sweetness. Flavor starts off malty, then fruity, then mildly bitter, then something (yeast?) dries out the finish. Light to medium in body and a decent IPA.
