Pub 44, Lynnwood. Soapy cream, malty opaque orange. Astringent orange hop nose, malty sweet sip. Soft, sweet, lacking carb. Extract flavor. Pine earth hop note, light bitterness. Not well constructed, as the guys said, but not undrinkable. mcberko (17815) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 5, 2016
On tap at 12 Bar Brews, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, some resins and dry toasted malt. Flavour is quite astringent, with bitter resinous hops and toasted malt. Astringent and herbal finish. Not constructed very well. andrewje41 (3874) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - AUG 6, 2015
Draft pour pint at the 192 lake trail taproom. IPA day so I thought I’d walk next door and grab a draft pint of something to celebrate. Since today isn’t session IPA day, this one was my winner. Pours a light golden orange color with almost no head. Hop forward aroma, and smells fresh. Medium body, well balanced IPA with a bitter finish. Pretty standard overall. Hop flavor is nice throughout. It’s good. fiulijn (20492) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 5, 2014
Bottle from Elizabeth Station, BellinghammikedR (1561) - Gilbert, Arizona, USA - AUG 2, 2014
The bottle opens with a prolonged hissing sound, and it pours a cloudy golden color with excessive frothy head. The aroma is a bit spicy (the yeast), the hop is sweaty. Dry mouthfeel, with some malt flavor, strong bitterness, a tannic and woody feeling, spicy, pungent; the hops are lemony.
Could have been a good beer, but there are many signs that it’s lightly infected and off.
Solid, well balanced IPA. Nice malt body. Hoppy flavors are well balanced between pine, resin, and some citrus. Bitterness is present, but not over the top. Very drinkable.

Bronze body, a bit hazy, thin head. Breezy hop nose that begins like an island zephyr, but then transforms into steamy, oxidated staleness. Very bitter body, accompanied by oxidated carbodard right from the start. BrewDad (5328) - Olympia, Washington, USA - MAR 16, 2014
Amber in color, clear with a thin head. Super citrus and pine aroma and flavors. Nice IPA great flavors I was very happy to see Twelve Bars getting out to our area. Art (3217) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 17, 2014
Bottle from 5000. Pours a cloudy brownish orange and a slight white head. Aroma of apple juice. Taste is bitter but not overly harsh. Very different from most IPAs. Lighter body. Not my thing on this one. 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - NOV 25, 2013
Draught @ The Pine Box:   Darker golden, pale haze, a little dirty, moderate frothy white head, nice lacing.   Sweet pith on the nose, citrus peel, and soft pine.   Raw on the tongue, assertive without being too bitter.   Citrus oriented, nice malt balance.   Goes great with this pretzel.   Really zesty.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Strong citrusy finish, pith and peel, moderate sweetness.   Decent local IPA. after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - OCT 12, 2012
Dract at 193. Pours a hazy burnished medium amber with a nice dense and.creamy whitish head. Nose smells like a mix of salt air and grapefruit peel. Oyster ipa? Creamy medium body with lively carb. Sea air, grapefruit, toast, and caramel on the mid palate. Long sharp bitey dry finish.
