At the brewery tap room. Pours a thin head on a cloudy straw body. The aroma is pine and lemon. The taste has a lots of fruit: mango, lemon, grapefruit and orange. It has great balance. The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation. The beer has a winning taste. Excellent job using only one hop variety.

16 oz pint- Pours clear burnt orange with a small bar pour style head. Aroma is fruity, malt, caramel. The taste is caramel malts, mild fruit, some hops, dry fairly bitter finish. A bit too much caramel malt for me.

On tap @ the brewpub, our fifth brewery on TvM’s Bachelor Party NW Ale Trail Expedition. Medium gold, lasting white head. Lovely citra cat piss/gooseberry aroma, austere malts, moderate bitterness. Excellent.

Draught in a flight at the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy copper color. The nose seemed pretty light, with only some subtle grassy notes coming through. Taste is slightly bitter and hoppy, with that light grassiness hitting your palate. OK.

On tap, pours a clear golden yellow with a big white head. Nose is mild, malty, bread yeast, salt? Taste is like a ’good’ Coors or Bud. Probably great on a hot day playing golf.
