Cask No head, deep brown-black beer. Old wine or brandy, lactic acid. Sweet, alcoholic, wood, old vintage cognac. Very warming, slick as few, well bodied, if a bit flat, too much O² exposure. But, wow, some impressive result. As complex as you could wish. yespr (47032) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - MAR 3, 2012

A very dark brown beer. The aroma has notes of caramel, hops, and straw. The flavor is sweet with alcohol, soy sauce, brettanomyces, malt, and caramel, leading to a tart finish. bierkoning (13596) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - MAR 14, 2012

Cask @ acbf. Aroma is deep sour acidic spice something. Faint malt. Astrigent. Flavour is a long lingering combo between a roasty liquorice stout and bretty sourness. Nice one. Ober (2817) - Bommelerwaard, NETHERLANDS - MAR 15, 2012
Draft @ 5th ACBF 2012. A black colored beer, with a small beige head. The aroma of dark malt with some hops. The taste of heavy red wine with bitter, dark malts and fruits. The aftertaste is sweet with some bitter. Koelschtrinker (21119) - K?ln (Cologne), GERMANY - APR 1, 2012
Frisch malzig-säuerlicher Beginn, minimale BITterkeit. Etwas schokoladig, rund, die Säure steht dann noch etwas mehr im Vordergrund. Zum Ende erobert das Malz wieder den Vordergrund. /9/10/10//10
