Pigs Ear. Cask. Lightly hazy gold beer, bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry. Decent fine carbonation. Mild pale malts. Good floralness. Bitter hops, pithy orange and grapefruit. Light dry floral finish.

Cask gravity at Pigs Ear 2014. Slight haze amber thin white head. Decent apa. Its got the grapefruit hop. Its got some backbone malt which has some sweet biscuit. Some bitterness. The finish is excellent with a buscuit malt hop flower flavour. Better on the end than in the mouth. But that finiah is to die for. berkshirejohn (6855) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - NOV 21, 2014
Cask at teh Rose & Crown, Sandhurst. Bright amber with a loose white head; slightly subdued tropical fruit aroma; syrupy and full in the mouth, with some mango fruit; and a lasting grapefruit bitterness. A well-made IPA, here’s to the next 10 years.

Cask. Clear golden with a medium sized white head showing good retention and lace. Floral hops, light biscuit and white bread. Some sweet tropical fruits and light twigs. Bitterness quickly kicks in for a long dry finish. Pretty refreshing. Vladivostok (491) - Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - NOV 11, 2014
A little cloudy for which I blame the pub rather than the brewery, but it was a fresh haze rather than the sour, vinegary one you get at the end of the barrel so didn’t have much affect on the beer. Anyway... pale straw colour and a pleasant hoppy aroma leading into a fresh biscuity flavour with just a dab of alcohol. Finish is long and refreshing although I didn’t get citrus like some other reviewers did. Liked it. The_Osprey (10000) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 24, 2014
Full pint from gravity cask at Twickenham Beer Festival. Apparently the last cask they made. Dark yellow or light orange, still, clear, small white head. Aroma is malt forward. Body is medium, smooth, low carbonation. Taste is light malt, slight apple, bready, soft bitterness. Decent enough. Short review due to beer and cider conversation with fellow enthusiast. Cask gravity at Wallington. It pours clear golden orange with a medium white head. The nose is fresh, orange, tangerine, straw, grainy and light sulphur. The taste is smooth, crisp, bitter, straw, citrus peel, tangerine, marmalade, waxand pepper with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. A bit eggy on the nose unfortunately. Quaffable enough though. maeib (8749) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - OCT 8, 2014
Cask conditioned handpump Willow Walk London 19/09/14. An orange blonde coloured beer with a white bubbly head. Good citrussy hops in the nose/ Hops are good in the mouth too. Citrus and a bit of spice. Good pale malts and a nice mouthfeel. Tasty stuff which I liked.
