50 cl bottle from Superstore, Wokingham. BBE 03 17 (?), though purchased recently, sampled on July 2, 2017.
Clear dark copper to brown color, small short lived off-white head. Sweet, malty, grainy, a bit fruity scent. Malty, berries, bitter, mineral taste. Mineral, slight metallic, grainy, bitter aftertaste. Medium thin mouthfeel, soft CO2, medium high dry bitterness.

Clear medium amber yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, pale malt, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long to average duration, sweet malt, caramel, toasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150809]

Clear amber color with a thin off white head. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a soft carbonation. Malty, mild fruity, toffee, some roast, bready and herbal flavor. Tad sweet and a mild bitterness. Not very inviting this one.
