Can. Pours a clear light copper body under a small frothy off-white head that left a bit of sticky lacing. The nose is rather light on the hops, there’s just a minimal floral note over the toasty and caramel maltiness. The flavor is a little light on the hops as well, just a little floral hop flavor and minimal bitterness. More toasty and caramel malt flavor than hops in this one. Light bodied and easy drinking with soft fizzy carbonation. A little below average for the style I’d say. Ed5388 (3488) - Forked River, New Jersey, USA - APR 7, 2014
Sampled at AC Beerfest (2014). Poured a clear golden amber color with a small foamy off white head. Aroma of caramel malt, light citrus, and floral hops. Taste is malt forward, with lots of toasted and caramel malt, and light notes of citrus and floral hop bitterness. pilgrimoutlaw (888) - Wayne, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 23, 2014
On tap at Whole Foods. Light copper pour, white head. Citrus, biscuit, clementine, aluminum. Lightly bitter and sweet. Medium, malty body. joeyplush (648) - Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 29, 2013
This is a great local beer and I can’t believe I haven’t rated it already. It’s a solid, mild pale ale that must be enjoyed fresh/cold since it is non-pasteurized. Taste is very well balanced between sweet caramel malts and cascade hops. The challenge I have run into with this beer is that, depending on the time of the year, if it isn’t fresh and hasn’t been stored 100
% cold by the retailer, the beer is ruined. merc7186 (3160) - North Tonawanda, New York, USA - OCT 5, 2013
The beer pours great with a nice orange, reddish hue to it, it has an amazing off white head that lingers on and on and great lacing on the glass. (EDIT: The beer stil had head going after I completed this review, 5 minutes later). The smell is decent with a nice blend of malt and hops that blends nicely together and a hint of citrus on the back end. The taste is much the same with the malty taste, followed by the hops that hangs around on the back end with a mild resin flavor. The mouthfeel is crisp, clean, and well cabonated. Overall, when I had got this beer, I didnt give it much of a chance but that changed after having tried it. Highly recommended.

My palate might be ruined or at least desensitized to hops at this point. This beer poured a nice yellow hue. Not much on the aroma, mostly bready malt. Flavor was malt forward. Not much hops in there. mansquito (6904) - Nueva York, New York, USA - MAY 25, 2013
Johnny Brenda’s, Philadelphia tap: Pours copper with a white head. Aroma is mostly piny hops. Taste is much the same. Somewhat bitter, with an aftertaste of the same. Body is pretty light bodied. Not bad, but pretty forgettable. jcwattsrugger (12524) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - MAY 1, 2013
@CBC-12oz can-rich offwhite-hazy gold. A-soft pine, lt/med malt. T-pine/floral hops, sweet lt/med malt-bready. Drying. HeadyDE (874) - Delaware, USA - APR 27, 2013
Can pour..amber like color..minimal carbonation...aroma is blah..reminds me of a mix between bubble gum and some mint.backbone of honey....everything about this reminds me why I have never visited twin lakes yet..who charges over 20 bucks to sample some beer at a brewery..don’t care if I get a pint glass..cheese and charcuterie..after sampling this it makes me glad that there are far superior offerings that I can get in a can that blow this away....this is to definition of thin..thin aroma..thin mouthfeel and just thin all around..wanted to like this for the local props..but simply not a very memorable apa... keepersj12 (3137) - Sicklerville, New Jersey, USA - APR 11, 2013
A very nice beer. Pours a hazy light amber with a foamy head. The aroma was loaded with citrus and pine. The flavor was nice with a malt beginning and lots of hops at the end.
