Just a touch of heat here really. Plenty of herbal, earthy aromas and green pepper/pyrazine. Chipper (303) - Red Lion, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 25, 2013
Light amber pour with a huge white head that goes away very fast leaving the beer flat and still looking. Aroma is of wheat, weeds, and chiles. Flavor is a little acidic, but with wheat, and the heat from the chiles comes late. I could drink a few of these, but its more of a novelty. Bottle at the Great Charlotte green chili food and drink orgy. Hazy pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma of chili flesh and black pepper. Taste is steady heat, light body. Nice aroma, but one-sided flavor. rob6239 (677) - Ontario, CANADA - MAR 16, 2014
Pours slightly hazy golden blonde with very little head that dissipates completely after a few seconds. Aroma is sharp of fresh chopped hot peppers. Taste hits right away with hard spice and average beer underneath.

Unique but pretty "unbeer" like. The pepper flavor really stands out in the aroma & certainly in the taste! It kind of burns going down & leaves a pretty strong aftertaste. I appreciate the originality here!

22oz bomber-A pale gold with no head. Aroma of peppers and more peppers. Taste of peppers from front to middle. Was expecting more from aroma. Ungstrup (37581) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - AUG 17, 2008
Draft. An unclear golden beer with a medium light orangey head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of chili, that tears in the nose. The flavor is sweet malty with a nice medium strong chili note - not too much, but it still leaves a slight chili burn on the palate and tongue. tokyogoat (1503) - San Diego, California, USA - MAY 3, 2009
Had this one on tap while on vacation in Boulder.
Poured a syrupy yellow that was not hazy, and had a head that disappeared into a halo in little time.
Smelled of candied chilies. Almost like what I imagine a chili air freshener smelling like.
Tasted extremely syrupy and heavy on just chili. Its a one note powerhouse of chilies and nothing else. Actually fun for the first sip, but then it just gets to be overkill.
Actually very hot in your throat form the chilis, and spicy food doesnt faze me.
It would be fun in 4oz servings, but just diarrhea fodder in larger servings. potbeerjob (1343) - Denver, Colorado, USA - NOV 12, 2009
Draught. Not my style. pale yellow with thin white head. Aroma is Chillies dominated. Flavor is also but with light hops is noticed later in flavor. SphinxTX (2875) - Mata Gorda, Texas, USA - FEB 4, 2010
Bottle from Kegs & Barrels in Plano, TX. Pours a orange/gold with small white fizzy head. Aroma does jump up at you, faint smoke, mixed chillies. Flavor has a hint of ehat to it and flavor of smoked chillies. Thank God this wasn’t a re-creation of Cave Creek. Would go great with some quesadilla’s and tacos. Actually tastes like food.
