Golden in color, hazy with a thin head. Wheat malt and Belgian yeast aroma. The sweet coriander and Orange peel add and balance the hops. This is a nice spicy and light sweet brew.

Draft pour at Hop and Hound, Bothell. Clean golden pour with a thin fizz head. Very corn heavy wit here. Creamy cooked corn, sulfer like constant. A mess in that category, for me. Corn aroma. Corn flavor. Corn linger. Soft, cool coriander in between. Off, and less than pleasant. Far from my style of beer though, to be fair and honest. Not for me.

BillKismet (4103) - Seattle, Washington, USA - AUG 9, 2008
Light bronze-blond with nice lather of head. Clear--this lacks the cloudy unfiltered appearance typical of wits. Distinct coriander and mild wheat aromas. Good body, easy drinking coriander and wheat. Crisp, refreshing, a touch of pepperiness, but uncomplex. Lacks citrus notes.
