Tapped out a hazy deep Amber. 12ºSRM.
Nose has some nice ripe citrus sweetness. Bright and inviting. Tangerines, ripe ruby grapefruit.
Nice soapy mouthfeel. Carbonation is just so. The hops come up front and center with pine, grass, resin, fresh kale, some konbu as the hoppy character starts to fade and you get a slight umami-like transition.
Finish is bitter and vegetal. Harsh Harsh finish. Has the tart stickiness of an green olive??

Can as ’Evo IPA’. Hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is a little crisp from mild fine carbonation. Mals bring a modicum of tired tasting sweetness. Modest citric peel hops, some hop sting. Touch of pine. Light finish. Quite a recessed IPA. Okay.
Can from stirchley wines. Shared with Richthevillan. Muggy amber beer with small head. Aroma of caramel of malts. Taste is caramel, some stewed fruits and hops. Good.

On tap at oasis in sequim. Pours amber with good aroma not a lot of head. Finishes very hoppy, dry hopped would be my guess. Little overdone. Good malt start. Sammer (1119) - Plano, Texas, USA - OCT 6, 2015
