3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Huge hops in aroma and the taste. Overpowers all other flavours. Ok if you like that kind of thing.
Perfumy aroma, hint of peach. Honey coloured appearance. Quite rich and golden, mollases like. Peachy taste, just the right balance of sweet and bitter sensations. Nothing spectactular, but would drink again. Tezminator (293) - AUSTRALIA - AUG 20, 2016
UPDATED: FEB 18, 2017 On tap. Local restaurant. A really nice Aussie golden ale with light spice and great citrus characters. Nice biscuity malts. TedE (1427) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - JUL 14, 2016
330ml bottle into shaker. Lemon pepper nose, touch of cream. Slight haze, amber beer with solid 2 finger head. Light carbonation. Good body, finish is short with earthy hops and bitter lemon. Crisp, easy drinking. jmgreenuk (9863) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - APR 19, 2016
Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear amber with a long lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grassy hop, citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a big tropical citrus fruit, hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Fresh fruity and very easy drinking. madquacker (1165) - Canberra ACT, AUSTRALIA - JAN 16, 2016
Golden indeed with a flat head and not much going on. Nice lager type taste. Very quenching and all round good.

@ Kirribili Pub, Sydney. Slightly hazy light amber. Biscuity, malty aroma. Mellow slightly lemony hop, light bitterness. Clean and refreshing. Niksko (624) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - OCT 14, 2015
Pours a light, clearish golden with a fine off white head. Nose is bready, toffee, grass, maybe a little citrus. Flavor is more of the same, lots of sweet toffee, a little grass. Pretty basic, light body, lowish carbonation. Not bad, but nothing outstanding. Probably a tad better fresh, I think this is a few months old. Morboso (146) - AUSTRALIA - APR 19, 2015
On special half price for a sixer. Label said something about honey, that was the main aroma and taste strain that came through, a little light on the palate but a decent lingering aftertaste after a couple. Quite a smooth beer, pretty subdued though. Pretty cool label for those with shaved sides and neatly trimmed beards that take their fashion cues from commercial tv. This would make them feel pretty cool. Muggus69 (2666) - Yarram, Vic, AUSTRALIA - FEB 18, 2015
330mL bottle from Beer Cartel BB 18/07/2015
Pale gold, thin dense white head.
Subtle aroma; lime & grapefruit, passionfruit hops, light touch of cereal maltiness.
Medium body, soft carbonation, dry overall perhaps a touch of acidity - faintest bit Saison-esque even!?
Cereally pilsner-style malts lay the backbone of the body, with hints of citrusy, grassy hop, modest bitterness, and faint sort of skunky/cardboardy note on the finish.
Put this one on par to something like James Squire Golden ale - not bad, lacking that bit of extra oompf though. Kurtos (214) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - FEB 8, 2015
Bottle. Pours a golden colour
Aroma. Tropical aromoas, with a subtle peachiness.
Taste. light bitterness, with flavours of stonefruit, very watery and thin on the palate.
Overall. This beer is quite watery and fruity, what you’d except from a golden colour, whilst this beer is nothing special it is one that would be quite good to session on.
