Faint aroma of citrus. Has some nice but mild spice. Rather strong lemon finish. It is nice.

375 ML can Hazy straw color. Bright white head that falls to a thin collar. Corn, lime, coriander nose. Nice dry hopping elements as nose is good but fades fast. Once again corn, lime, and coriander taste. Kind of like low spice salsa. Nice to start but fades quickly. lots of lime in the back and not at all hoppy. Light bodied and crisp carbonation. Interesting but only in flashes. Lime in the back is a bit odd and needed more hops to assert this more.

Surprising, thought it was going to be one of those lets try something different beer. Cloudy yellow color, big off-white head. Fruity, hoppy scent. Bitter, hoppy, citrus taste. Lime, spicey aftertaste. Medium to fizzy mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Keg - The Australian, Sydney. A hazy yellow with a dense, creamy and lacing white head. Spicy citrus aromas, white florals, lemongrass, wheat and some grain. Quite enjoyable. Light to medium body, medium carbonation finishing with a zesty, herbal bitterness of moderate length and intensity.

Mexican flavour inspired pale ale. Theres subtle hints of corn and coriander. Crisp finish and definitely a beer you could sit on in a session. This is a beer you have with a bowl of corn chips and salsa spending a lazy Saturday (or Sunday) afternoon watching back to back games of football.

330ml bottle part of GABS 2016 six pack. Citrus hop aroma with a touch of spice. Poured hazy straw color with good head. Very slight bitterness is followed by a minor fruit overtone but thats about it. Thin as far as body goes however. OK to drink with a actual Taco..........

330ml bottle. Strong aroma full of spice. medium body with a slightly hoppy front taste which dies off very quickly. The initial flavour is great but it has very little lingering flavours.

Corn aroma much like a corona. Lime added, much like a wedge added to a corona. Needed more everything really, this was a bit of a swing and a miss.

Why why why. Great concept I guess. But the corn mixed with wheat leaves the tastebud confused. Its quite sweet because of the corn. I think the only saving factor is the lime finish.

UPDATED: JUL 26, 2016 330ml bottle. Pours cloudy and light. Highly carbonated. There?s a lot going on, with a slightly soapy and sour smell, and hops, corn, wheat and lime flavours all coming through. I feel like they?ve tried to do too much, and the wheat and corn in particular really don?t work together.
