On tap for lunch! 16% alcohol is hidden well. Punchy Belgian flavors with an appearance that does not suggest as much. TheHOFF43 (2052) - Robbinsdale, Minnesota, USA - JUN 12, 2013
Bottle. Should have looked at the abv before drinking this. Pours a nice gold with great white head. Boozy at first but that gives way to some nice banana and other Belgian flavors. Solid beer, the alcohol doesnít ruin it at all. NikkTwist (3200) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 10, 2013
Draft at Farmers Cabinet. Poured a nice clear dark gold with a small frothy white head. Strong syrupy blonde with a pleasant dryness in the finish. Full body. Wildflower honey. Rich orange marmalade. Very well blended. Extraordinary actually. Quite impressed. I appreciate how difficult it is to get a beer to read like this. Should be rated higher. hopdog (12451) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 7, 2013
22oz bottle. Poured a golden color with an averaged sized head. Fruity, spices, bananas, some yeastiness, and toffee. Did not detect any alcohol in this one! andyhwcinc (1884) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 6, 2013
Purchased at Dorothyís in Chicago, IL, enjoyed at home after a frustrating day, so the 16% ABV is slightly needed right now. Appearance is a clear gold with a rich white head. Aroma of honey, light clove, a bit of alcohol, also grape notes. Taste has a bit of a bite and is like champagne, very dry, but also does not taste as potent as it is. Itís dry to the point where Iím not getting much flavor, but itís still easy to drink. Interesting one with this.

Bomber from Caponeís. Pours dark gold with 1-finger off-white head and a lot of carbonation. Nose is champagny, yeasty, with notes of white wine grapes. Tastes like a semi-dry champagne, with white wine grapey notes, spare carbonation, and mild cheddar cheese notes. djroehler (290) - Minnesota, USA - MAY 30, 2013
Golden with a foamy white head. Aroma is Belgian like, cloves, banana, light cinnamon, vanilla. Taste is biscuit malt, cinnamon, cloves and lemon, slightly yeasty and boozy, banana and candied apricot. Medium carbonation and body, dries on the finish. UPDATED: DEC 30, 2013 Tap at Busters. Rich golden pour with a white head. Boozy and syrupy. Pineapple and fruity characteristics. Rich flavor - very good! napdynmite (91) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 23, 2013
Hides the alcohol well behind a brown sugar palate. Very smooth but lacking a distinctive character. fidelis83 (2403) - Clinton, Iowa, USA - MAY 19, 2013
Clear peachy gold pour with a thin eggshell white head. Aroma is loaded with stone fruit and raw, somewhat bready yeast, citrus, sweet malt and a little latex. Flavor is again, full of stone fruit and raw yeast up front, with some nice spiciness and clove coming in later, citrus peel, latex, bread and tart, underripe banana finish it out. Farily heavy body with a syrupy, boozy feel throughout, with a light, but sharp carbonation. Decent. Way too much raw yeast and rubber, but if you can get past that itís not too bad. Seems a bit uninspired though, like they just wanted to get a 16%ABV beer out there for their 16th Anniversary, by the easiest means possible. I does hide itsí booziness pretty well though, I probably would have guessed ~10%ABV.
