Robust American incarnation of a French Country beer. EXCELLENT! Not too heavy or too light. Satisfying pairs beautifully with small plates and burgers/sandwiches/tartines of rich ingredients. Keep the meal simple. High quality ingredients with Domaine. Perfect. thirdeye11 (6160) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAR 27, 2011
(Draught at GABF) opaque golden orange pour with lasting fine tan bubbled head. Nose of big florals, brett, cinnamon and orange. Taste of orange, cinnamon, brett, spicy, cayenne pepper, nice residual heat build up as well. Soft but abundant carbonation, great linger. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - OCT 28, 2010

Tap at the Blind Tiger, NYC. Pours a semi-clear amber with a moderate, off-white head. Fruity, sour aroma with light brett and citrus. Lightly sweet with some tart fruits and plenty of sourness. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Finishes with mild acidity, fruits and lingering sour notes. Good beer. Lyncham (251) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 1, 2010

Slightly hazy yellow-orange pour with a thin white head. Mild aroma, mostly of brett. Fruity, mildly sour flavor. Notes of peach and apricot. Some citrus and lemon with the brett. A touch of grassy hops though really no bitterness on the finish. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - JUL 10, 2010

Nose is rather dead, some light smoky brett notes. Taste is moderately to lightly sweet, lightly tart, some citrus, lemon and peach, honey malts. I don’t know, it just doesn’t do anything for me. drfabulous (8104) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - JUN 25, 2010
I hope I’m not wrong listing this as new, but I can’t find a match. Draft at Publican, June 2010. Tart, apple like beer with hints of cider. Waiter said that the beer had brett in it. Tasty.
