Sampled at FoBAB 10 - 2012 (Chicago, IL). Pours a murky amber darker pour, with richer haze, frothy head stays as a mellow film, laces ok. Aromas are funky, basement with brett, oak and funky brett, cobwebs, feet and basement. Oak, gentle tartness. Kinda a funky nose in a bad way, lots of basement as I get into it. Mildew. Initial is mellow body, oak and brett, touches of yogurt, brett, oak. Grass and cobwebs, gentle feet and basement. Middle is gentle tartness, lemons and touches of citrus, melon. Backend is a bit mildew, yogurt, lemons. Finish is gentle tartnessn brett. Grows on me but overall, easily forgettable at this festival.

Sampled from the tap at FOBAB 2012. Pours a cloudy amber with an off-white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has sour fruits with a bit of funk and a backing note of oak. Flavor has a good amount of musty funk with some earthy grain, light oak and sour fruits.
