Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of Skyview. Pours an almost clear amber with an off-white head. Sweet malty, caramellish aroma. Medium body, sweet oxidized caramel and toffee. A hint of sweet oak but absolutely nothing sour about this. 260412 patrick767 (4063) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - APR 25, 2012
bottle - Pours mostly clear amber as most of the yeast stuck in the bottom of the bottle. It smells of tart cherries. The flavor is very sweet and doesn’t strike me as sour tasting at all. There’s a berry character along with some notes of caramel and perhaps even chocolate. Unusual. It’s fairly good but it’s not definitely what I expected. 12.7 oz corked and caged bottle. Mostly clear red color. Bubbles on side of the glass. Minimal off-white head. Little lace. Very light carbonation. Slightly syrupy texture. Medium body. Only lightly sour, light bitter. Light oaky, spice and caramel malt aroma. Some dark fruit Neither offensive, nor particularly tasty. Mildly interesting. Gets much better as it sits and warms, though. fonefan (49586) - VestJylland, DENMARK - DEC 1, 2011
