The short days and long nights bring this prowling cat out on the town, looking to scatch up some fun with a great beer. This Night Cat is dark in color, bold in hop but not heavy in body. It is full of tropical fruit notes from the Citra hops that combine with a nice dark wheat malt flavor.

Swirl by 03/29/14, whatever the hell that means. Anyway pours out a solid brown color with white head. Smells like pineapple, grapefruit and pepper, your classic Citra hop signature aroma. Guess what? Tastes more of the same with the malts taking a backseat to the Citra hop shenanigans. Really to my senses this is a Citra hop bomb yet at only 43 IBUs your frigging kidding me? Anyway mouthfeel is fine. Overall a damn decent Citra (trademark) hop assault from Two Brothers! ---Rated via my tastebuds and my brain.

Rated on 11-16-2016 at Summit City Brewerks, Fort Wayne, IN. (Draft) The appearance when served is a small beige head that is fully lasting, reddish brown transparent body, no visible carbonation, and a good amount of lacing adorns the glass. The aroma presents citrus hops, tropical fruit, wheat, and malt. The flavor is citrus hops, tropical fruit, lightly sweet, hint of grapefruit, and caramel malt. The mouthfeel of this beer is smooth and it is light bodied. Overall, I did not care for the taste of this beer as it just did not appeal to me nor leave me wanting to drink it again. A bit of a lackadaisical beer.

12 oz. can bb 02/08/2017. Clear and deep copper, almost chestnut with a spongy half-inch of foam. Nose is resin, citrus hop and caramel. Tastes of sourish orange, caramel, bitter wheat flour, toasted pecan, dry grass and cocoa. Light-medium palate has a small astringency and a crisp hop note that gives the brew a pleasant and sessionable dry slant. In a style that typically makes me wonder "Why did I even bother?" this is a very nice surprise.

12oz can. Large beige head atop crystal clear copper body, nice lacing. Aroma is moderately sweet, lemon, light metallic, honey. Taste is moderately sweet, caramel, lemon, some orange/grapefruit. Light-medium body, light stickiness, acidity.

Pours a cloudy dark amber color with off-white/ivory colored head. Wheat, some citrus and pine, along with plenty of malty notes on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied and chewy. Finishes with biscuit and light citrus notes.

A great wheat beer. The hops make it more like an IPA. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

sawbuck (732) - Round Lake, Illinois, USA - NOV 28, 2015
Aroma of citrus, light pine hops, and some grapefruit. Brown color with a frothy tan head. Sweet up front. Rich sweet caramel, dunkel-like. Bitterness has layers. Piney at first then a hint of bitter chocolate, and goes back and forth on finish. Light mouth feel, wheat is rich and full. Interesting beer. Cross between a light Black IPA and a wheat beer.

Amber pour, hoppy nose, hoppy mouth, some creamy wheat notes, hops overriding any chance of balance this thing had. Don’t know why I’m bothering to rate this as it (like most of what 2B’s do) is boring and uninspired.

Can. Poured a dark amber color, nice head and some lacing. Aroma of citrus, caramel and fresh grain. Taste of caramel, citrus, bit of fruit sweetness, and grain. Mild bitterness and a clean finish. Medium body, smooth, quite creamy and nice easy feel. Enjoyable beer that goes down easy.
