Bottle at home in London. Pours clear, bright yellow-gold with a fine, white cream head. Biscuity, lightly doughy nose, hints of buttery malts. Light sweet flavor with further biscuits, pale malts, touches of diacetyl thatenhance the doughiness. Light bodied with average to lively carbonation. Moderate dryness to finish, some bitter hay, plenty of dry biscuits, mild dough. Fine.

(Cask at White Horse, Parsons Green, London, 24 Apr 2015) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of peaches, biscuits and grass. Fruity, malty taste with peaches, grass, biscuity malt and leafy hops in a finish with a balanced bitterness. Light body, with a touch of sweetness. Well balanced and tasty, but fairly thin. Quite nice.

Cask at the Fishermans Cottage, Reading. Gold with a thin white head. Light lemon with a little caramel. Good balance of bitter and sweet with a nice crisp finish. Would be a great refresher on a hot day, but even in January was still enjoyable. Just a nice, simple, well balanced beer. Liked it.
