Pours a hazy honey colour with particulates and a large frothy off white head. Aroma of floral & some citrus hops and a malt outline. Initial taste is mostly floral hops and hints of citrus just like the aroma. Overlaying hidden sweet malts with a tidal wave of bitter hops for the finish. Crisp. Thinner body than expected. Slight Lacing of the glass with some head retention. Good Palate duration. fattibobatti (246) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - AUG 14, 2007
everything and more that i ask for in an IPA. the smell of this beer is a direct punch in the nose of hops. tasting revealed fresh floral and citrus hops that rested on the back of my tongue. one of my favorite IPAs. DeadGuyFrank (347) - http://westchesterbeer.com, USA - AUG 13, 2007
UPDATED: APR 5, 2008 There are many IPAs I have tasted, but there a good dozen of extremely high quality – this is one of them. Lots of hops in this brew and they stay in the back of the throat, which is a good sign of an excellent IPA. The ale pours a copper cloudy color with the full citrus flavor of the freshly picked hops. This is just really great beer. This is a wonderful beer to surprise a big-time HopDevil fan with. Cheers to the Bells Brewery! kreepindeth (404) - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA - AUG 13, 2007
Huge floral citrus aroma. Smooth mouthfeel ending in crispy resiny hop finish. Very refreshing and quaffable. manutebowl (5) - Wisconsin, USA - AUG 11, 2007 does not count
My absolute favorite beer, simply a great IPA. Wonderful fruity-floral aroma. Surprisingly high in alcohol for as crisp and smooth as it is. Holds its head well, and has a brilliant orange-amber color.

Great beer, a new personal favorite. Great spicy floral aroma, flavor perhaps not as complex as possible with only some hops, but overall a teriffic beer that has a great crisp taste, and reminds me why i love beer. estoppel (1028) - Buffalo, New York, USA - AUG 11, 2007
Golden body with slight haze (possibly from chilling it), big white head, nice floral nose. Surprisingly thin body for 7%, subtle hoppiness, very refreshing, tasty, nice, great hop character. Hides the alcohol exceptionally well. I wish I didn’t have to drive to Ohio to get this one. SoylentBlack (123) - Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA - AUG 11, 2007
It’s very hard not to give this a perfect score. Quite possibly the perfect example of what I expect from an IPA. Jmichael (640) - Asheville, North Carolina, USA - AUG 11, 2007

As far as an IPA is concerned I was not impressed overall. I went into this beer with alot of hype and it drastically failed to live up. At best this is a decent session beer.
