India Pale Ale style well suited for Hemingway-esque trips to the Upper Peninsula. American malts and enormous hop additions give this beer a crisp finish and incredible floral hop aroma.

We had to travel to another state to find it, but we finally got our hands on this famed brew. It is still very good, but not like BEST BEER EVER I thought when i had it a few years ago (VT breweries have spoilt us). It pours a nice orange amber color best viewed inside of a mouth on a moving train and has an odor of wheaty orange with faint gym sock. The taste is a smooth bitter hop ride with a pronounced maltiness. It is very smooth and easy drinking, like an IPA/amber ale hybrid. Despite the 7% ABV, this is almost more of a sessionable, every occasion utility beer that goes down way easy. Good for late night binges of Vice Principals and train rides back home after long, amazing, exhausting weekends with your boo boo.

Pours golden with a lasting off white lacing. Super dry piney front that lingers throughout. Just the right amount of dryness.

Draft at Margaritaville at Universal Studios Florida. Mostly clear, amber color with a little white head. Piney and fruity aroma. A fruity sweetness up front with a medium bitterness in the finish. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Amber pour with a thin one finger head. Aromas of malt, pine and citrus fruits. Initial taste of lemon, followed by a sweet malty body; flavors of apricot, orange and peaches. Medium body with a crisp creamy mouth feel. Strong hop character with a semi-sharp bitterness and a bitter dry finish. I love this beer. One of my favorite IPAís.

I rarely drink any of the bitter side of beer, IPAís. I did find this one passable. Was not overpowering

Bottle poured a deep golden hue w/ large white head and minor sticky lacing. Moderate to bold sweet malty and bright citrus aromas. Initial flavor is light sweet w/ a bold lingering bitter finish. Tastes are caramel, pine, grapefruit pith, and jackfruit. Medium bodied. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
