Sample at 21st Amendment on 8/10/10. Clear yellow pour with a thin white head. Aroma literally is of non-spiced apple cider; doesn’t have any of the white wine notes that a lot of ciders have. On tap at 21st Amendment. Pours with a very clear and very pale golden body. Minimal white head. Aroma is tangy, sweet, sulfur and a touch acidic. Taste is sweet-sour, sulfury and tangy. Sugary. Not particularly great.
