(Tap) clear, right, very pale yellow colour with a small white head; aroma of apples, sourness; clean, balanced flavour with a long, light sour finish

On tap at 21A. Pours a clear gold, no real head. Soft apple, a hint of champagne yeast. Medium-bodied, fairly dry, a touch of apple. Pretty clean, but not a ton going on, and comes off slightly empty. Dry apple, a small hint of acid. Light tartness into the finish, faint apple must.

"pretty standard stuff here...next to a flavorful beer line-up, it pales...but has it’s own place as a nice crisp refreshing drink. smells and tastes like apples, not too tart, no head, filtered. you can detect the alcohol just a little."

Draft at 21A in SF. Nose is a light sulfur with a meaty note. Medium apple character in nose. Slightly winey. Pour us brilliantly clear pale yellow. Taste is lightly tart apps with a very light body and dry finish. Almost seems peary.

On tap @ 21st Amendment during San Francisco 7/7/14 beer tour. Pours a yellow appearance with a white head. Pretty bland, apple juicy nose with a hint of white wine. Pretty high sweetness. Juicy red apples with a slight bit of tartness. Really standard and simple but probably a good guest tap for a layman/MorÆn.

Bright pink coloured body with a very thin pink head. Aroma of sour grapes, apples and pomegranate. Light-bodied; Nice fresh fruit flavours at first with a lot of sugar and some malt. Aftertaste very clean with good fruit and alcohol tastes throughout. Overall, a good sample that even my wife likes - definitely nice to try. I sampled this pint on draught at Toronado in San Francisco, California on 28-June-2010.

brokensail (16645) - Dublin, California, USA - NOV 26, 2010
The pour is a crystal clear pale straw color with a fizzy white head that dissipates quickly. The nose is green apple skins, yeast, and mild alcohol. The cider tastes quite young. There is sort of a muddled apple and yeast flavor with a fairly strong alcohol presence despite being fairly moderate in terms of ABV. The body is fine; light and crisp with a lively carbonation.

badlizard (5533) - Berkeley, California, USA - SEP 18, 2010
Clear yellow with a short lived fizzy white head. Strong apple aroma and taste with soda like carbonation.

2.5
Lubiere (14151) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 30, 2009
A blonde cider with a rather chemical applea aroma, added sugars, too sweet. In mouth, a rather light bodied, overcarbonated cider, uninspiring. Very sweet apple juice. On tap at Lodi brewpub, August 27 2009.
