Tap at Cap Hop. Pours perry color with a white smear. Aroma is definitely apple. Red apple skin. Med minus body. Flavor is really clean apple with a touch of apple skin astringency. A very little tart. Not strong flavor, but good enough. Nice and refreshing. brokensail (16689) - Dublin, California, USA - DEC 30, 2013
On tap @ Rosamunde San Francisco. Clear pale straw color with a thin ring of white foam. Nose is sweet apple juice, sugar, and pear candy. A light soapiness and tartness, too. Flavor is mostly just sweet and sugary. Light tartness. Lots of apple, pear candy, and sugar. A hint of soap. Kind of thin and low on carbonation. marcus (10867) - Sacramento, California, USA - DEC 16, 2012
On tap at Capitol Beer, Sacramento. Pours clear yellow with no head and a crisp apple aroma. There is a slightly sour apple flavor that tastes pretty much like a mac. BMan1113VR (7930) - Los Angeles, California, USA - MAY 3, 2011
On tap at 21st Amendment. Pours with a completely clear pale yellow body with no head. Aromas are very dry and lightly sulfury. Some cork and hints of white wine. Quite a bit of tannin and acidity. Flavors are a touch sweet, warming, a bit tangy. Sharp acidity, noticeable alcohol. Finishes dry. Light sulfur notes, unripe apples. Thin, but very lively bubbles. Warming and dry. One of the better products that I have had from Two Rivers so far.
