COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Two Roads interpretation of this emerging beer style naturally takes a road less traveled. Unlike other versions, ours employs an American ale yeast and no spices. The result is a soft wheat backdrop that accentuates the Pacific Northwest hop character.

Flavors dont live up to the earthy and citrus hop aroma. Body and mouthfeel are a touch light. Bitter finish fades to quickly

Pours cloudy yellow with a fluffy head. Aroma is bread, honey, porridge. A very sweet beer, tastes like porridge with lots of honey in it, missing the bitterness of an IPA for me. Made with wheat and more like a weiss than an IPA but still not that. Confused on what it wants to be.

Tap at brewery. Pours hazy gold. Aroma is grapefruit, pineapple, guava, pale malt, tangerine, and light toast. Flavor is rather crisp and refreshing for an IPA with the juicy, citrus hop bitterness certainly there but nicely matched with the pH and carbonation level of the beer. Medium body.

Taste is also lightly sweet and adjuncty with boys of grapefruit and melon. Medium bodied with OK carbonation. Overall, decent
