Traditional in concept with a Two Roads twist…dry hops. We use a combination of classic German as well as American hop and malt varieties in our Pils. We renovated a 100 year-old factory building and designed this Pils to have “extra” aroma…so, pardon the pun! Crisp…refreshing…refined.

Draft @ the brewery. Served in a .4 liter glass, this beer has a clean, juicy and grassy hop flavor with a medium bready malt body. Notes of pepper and a gritty, dry mouthfeel. Pretty good.

Solid local brew....My favorite Two Roads product. Beer is smooth going down and not too bitter.

Fresh grassy scent. Pours clear pale yellow with a tight white head. Good lacing. A sour yeasty pils flavor. Very straight forward with mild sweet undernotes and a short hops finish. Basic.

Nice, rounded and very drinkable pils. Not one of my preferred styles, but as a Christmas present and drank after a large Christmas dinner it was very pleasant.

Can from Rehills, Newcastle. Pale straw coloured with a thin white head. It has a floral fruit and grassy flavour followed by earthy, herbal and almond notes with a slight sugary sweet finish. Not bad.

can courtesy of tom10101, thanks man! pours hazy bright gold with a very nice white cap offering some creamy and sticky lacing. sticky cushy pils maltiness, very fruity as well - peaches perhaps; decent amount of wooden, grassy and spicy noble grass, very clean yeast, lots of minerals - salt mostly. moderate carbonation, light body; clean grassy-herbal finish. very quaffable and well crafted american pils. quite enjoyed whilst starting a campfire before dinner.

Can (12 oz) bought at Village Market Waterbury. Clear pale bright green-ish golden with a medium white head, good retention, leaving little lacing. Aroma is grassy with some traces of a dry hop that already has a few months, mild spiciness and cereals. Taste is also grassy and slightly sweet with mild spiciness, cereals and hints of raisins. Light-medium body. Medium-good carbonation. Grassy and rather dry finish with an unfortunate raisins aftertaste that ruins a bit the drinkability. Otherwise it’s a clean and well-made Pils.

Can from Freshfields, Croydon. It pours clear yellow - gold with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, straw, grass, some floral notes, cracker, lemon and white bread. The taste is crisp, soft, clean, bitter - sweet, lemon parfait, grass, straw, light creaminess, cracker and a touch of pepper with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. A well executed oils. Crisp, refreshing and moreish.
