COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional farmhouse ale made with a very expressive yeast strain that contributes an array of tropical fruit, spice flavors and aromatics. Brewed with a variety of harvest grains including barley, wheat, oats and rye as was likely the case with farmhouse brewers of yore. The result is a complex, refreshing and distinctive example of this esoteric style. Intensely fruity (passion fruit, pineapple, mango, lychee), slightly spicy (clove, white pepper)

Bottle from Reading Beer Festival. Hazy yellowy-gold with a middling white head and a light fizz. Banana-y Belgian yeast, white pepper, smooth, fresh brown bread and a little sweet lemon. Sweetish with a very mild bitterness at the end. Very pleasant; a little lighter in flavour than many saisons but very drinkable as a result. I enjoyed this.

Can from variety pack. Light, crisp, dry. Fruity (yeah, some pineapple) and slightly herbal. Easy drinking. Maybe too easy: not quite enough flavor. But this is a nice basic Belgian.

In draft at Art and Soul in DC. Pours a cloudy gold with a thick white head. Floral nose. Slightly funky flavor. Crisp finish.

Can from variety. Hazy bronze some white lace, one finger head. Floral bouquet primary note supported with general French farmhouse saison qualities. Yeast, malt, sugar, fruit, banana and spices. Quick duration, medium-light body. It finishes quite malty and clove. It’s substantially bitter for such a light saison. Banana really is the dominant fruit but the bouquet. Not bad.

Bottle from Booths, Windermere. Hazy pale straw coloured with a thin white head. It has a sharp lemon and vanilla flavour followed by spiced, herbal fruit on the smooth wheat, dry finish. Very good.

Pretty decent saison. A little light bodied, but good flavor. Just the right amount of peppery. Low ABV makes this a refreshing, easy-drinking farmhouse, as a saison should be.

0,33l bottle from Beergium. Pours quite clear, only a bit hazy golden beer with medium but quickly vanishing head. Aroma has wheat and yeast, some hints of citrus and other fruits. Taste has wheat, yeast, citrus and mild spices. Quite strong carbonation. Nice beer with medium body. Quite dry.

Good sour belgian barnyard aromas. Pours a hazy gold with a big rocky head. Big sour tastes of yeast and wheat. Nice carbonation with a lot of lacing. A medium length sour finish. Well balanced.

Banana nutty clove aroma and flavor. Has a Belgian yeasty feel to it. Watery palate, but overall some good flavors. Slight peppery. Some fruity yeasty flavors. Light overall. A bit dirty yeasty taste but not bad. Has some good flavors and an enjoyable easy drinking beer overall. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can at home. Pours a clear pale golden colour. Light sweetness and mild yeast spices. Pleasant enough.
