COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional farmhouse ale made with a very expressive yeast strain that contributes an array of tropical fruit, spice flavors and aromatics. Brewed with a variety of harvest grains including barley, wheat, oats and rye as was likely the case with farmhouse brewers of yore. The result is a complex, refreshing and distinctive example of this esoteric style. Intensely fruity (passion fruit, pineapple, mango, lychee), slightly spicy (clove, white pepper)

Banana nutty clove aroma and flavor. Has a Belgian yeasty feel to it. Watery palate, but overall some good flavors. Slight peppery. Some fruity yeasty flavors. Light overall. A bit dirty yeasty taste but not bad. Has some good flavors and an enjoyable easy drinking beer overall. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can at home. Pours a clear pale golden colour. Light sweetness and mild yeast spices. Pleasant enough.

Keg at Heriot Watt. Slightly hazy golden. Nose is lemon, grass, peppery yeast. Tastes very lemonish tart, herbs.

A bit of disappointment. Aroma reminded me a lot of Leffe and Erdinger, big on cloves, brewer’s yeast and wheat. Appearance is a cloudy straw colour, extra point for a decent sized head. Taste is of cloves, yeast, barley sugar, bready wheat, malt and some subtle tropical fruits, sour dry wheaty finish. For the price I could have bought a cheap wheat beer and got similar flavours. Price Paid: £2.20 - 330ml bottle.

Keg @ Common, Manchester. Golden-blonde with a thin head. Crisp saison with a fair fruitiness, slightly soured with lemon citrus prevalent in both aroma and taste.

Frothy white head left a good cover on a hazy lemon coloured body. Fresh, floral, bitter citrus, lemon & spicy aroma. Medium bodied. Crisp & Clean. Smooth to the fore & tingly on the back. Bitter/sweet flavours of lemon, sweet citrus, yeast, clove & banana.

Bottle, 355 ml from Beergium, shared with Max and JFK10000. Cloudy golden, medium white head. Spicy, barnyard, vague citrus notes, light bodied, sweetish. Bit spicy. Dry. Watery.

0.355l bottle. Slightly hazy light orange body with a foamy white head. Aroma of bread, lemon zest, passion fruit and mango. Taste of bread, lemon zest, passion fruit and grapefruit. Quite like a fruity pale ale. The body is thin with average carbonation. Nice beer.

Yellow, hazy, slightly lively beer with a filmy head. Lemony, floral, bready smell. Flavour takes the same direction, a bit of sweet lemon in an otherwise savoury, floral taste. Feels a touch watery. Decent though.
