COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional farmhouse ale made with a very expressive yeast strain that contributes an array of tropical fruit, spice flavors and aromatics. Brewed with a variety of harvest grains including barley, wheat, oats and rye as was likely the case with farmhouse brewers of yore. The result is a complex, refreshing and distinctive example of this esoteric style. Intensely fruity (passion fruit, pineapple, mango, lychee), slightly spicy (clove, white pepper)

Tried in bottle from Crafty Bottle, Lincoln. Cloudy yellow gold colour with a thin white head. Aroma yeasty and spice, slight pineapple and grapefruit. Taste juicy sweet fruit, sweet to mid dry finish. Medium body.

Yellow, hazy, slightly lively beer with a filmy head. Lemony, floral, bready smell. Flavour takes the same direction, a bit of sweet lemon in an otherwise savoury, floral taste. Feels a touch watery. Decent though.

Bottle at home. Yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of yeast and spice and funky hop. Sweetish start with a dry follow on. Juicy malt and flavours of pineapple and grapefruit. Low carbonation. Reminds me of Duvel but lower strength and a bit funkier.

Very easy to drink and enjoyable, exactly what it should be. A good everyday beer.

12 oz bottle. Bottled on 01/08/15. From firmabier.com. Cloudy golden color with a small white head. Fruity sweetness, mild spices, yeast and some lactic notes in the aroma. The flavor is sweet fruits, mild spices, yeast and malt. Maybe not the freshest one. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
