Translucent golden straw with a billowing white head. Medium body with high carbonation.ahoppyman94 (2) - København, DENMARK - JUL 24, 2017 does not count
Aroma: classic saison yeast notes like a stone basement full of lychees, apples, pears, mango, and straw. Malt and hop character are pushed into obscurity.
Taste: black pepper and clove yeast phenols dominate up front, followed by a complex mix of pale barley, tart wheat, and a hint of grainy rye.
I’m not generally a fan of saisons, but this is wonderfully fruity, spicy, and grainy -complex and balanced.
One of the best Saison I’ve tasted (maybe together with Amager Bryghus’ "Tulsa Twister"). Crisp mouthfeeling with and tasting a bit sour apple-ish. Golden appearance and high in carbonation. Nice design on the bottle as well. Bigkid895 (13) - - FEB 20, 2014
Pours a hazy golden with nice frothy head great flavor a bit different from most beers I have had but in a good way Sidnne (12) - Pennsylvania, USA - APR 19, 2017
Pretty decent saison. A little light bodied, but good flavor. Just the right amount of peppery. Low ABV makes this a refreshing, easy-drinking farmhouse, as a saison should be. tsd08460 (1280) - Marshall, Virginia, USA - JUL 28, 2017

Unlike other posters, I happen to think that this example of a saison is very well done. Despite its low alcohol and high sessionability, the white pepper and tropical fruit notes are highly complex and balanced. The use of oats creates a lovely mouthfeel, but the shining star is the yeast. Beautiful beer.
