The flavor and aroma of this beer are dominated by Pacific Northwest hops. The aroma can be described as cirtus-like and floral. Hop bitterness is high.

This IPA is the normal Two Rows version. It is less hoppy and less extreme than their awesome Hopzilla. The beer has a nice dark brown (still a little transpart) color and the aroma is hoppy and sweet smelling. The sweetness is also found a little in the taste, which is a trademark of Two Rows. The beer still is an IPA and still is a solid beer. The aftertaste and palate are excellent. The little bit of fruit and sweetness add a nice touch to the IPA and make it memorable still.

One of the better beers in the flight I had. Aromas and flavors of pine and resin. Golden-copper color.

On tap, and cast conditioned (?). A very average ipa, with floral hop and citrus notes. Big malt backbone in this one.

On tap at two rows in roce village. Pours a cloudy copper with a medium creamy white head that leaves good sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is very hoppy with grapefruit and caramel. Medium mouthfeel with a hoppy pine flavor. Easy to drink a good IPA from Two Rows.

Name: India Pale Ale
Date: February 15, 2009
Mode: Draft
Source: Brewpub
Appearance: clear copper, fine off white head, streaks of lace
Aroma: sweet crystal malt aroma with lots of citrus hops for the definitave sugar grapefruit character
Flavor: sweet and bitter flavor, lots of sweet crystal malt balanced with a growing and lingering bitterness, just a touch of hop flavor in the middle
Overall: needs more hop flavor to match the wonderful aroma

Had this on tap at the Rice Village, Houston location. Poured a golden copper color with a medium off white head. Smelled of light grapefruit and tangy hops. Tasted of slightly sweet citrus followed by hops and ending slightly bitter. Clean mouthfeel, with little aftertaste. Dried my tongue out nicely. Good, but unremarkable.

At least it had hops. This makes it one of the better Two Rows brews I tried. It too was on the watery, thin, and bland side of things. But it was passable.

Draft in Houston. Floral and citrus aroma. Similar flavor, nice bitter finish but nothing too interesting.

Draft at Brewpub. Poured a golden color with alot of carbonation. Aroma of grapefruit is exciting. Taste is sweet start with a hoppy finish.

Draft at brewpub. Poured a red and brownish color. Aroma of citrus and floral hops. Taste is not as strong as the Cask IPA but still good.

I am surprised by some of the ratings as this is not a very good US IPA I found it bland and not particulary crisp
