I liked this Hefe, although we were drinking it in the dead of a Northeastern Wisconsin winter. Nice aroma of bananas and spice, followed by a similar flavor, brought back memories of warmer temps -- hell, even double digits would be nice right now!
12oz bottle from Breeze Thru. Yellowish golden pour. White head. Fruit, banana, clove, sweet malt. Strong yeast presence. Taste follows, better blended than the nose. Medium bodied with little alcohol presence. The blend is ok. Finishes sweetly spicey, and fruity. Shrug? Ok for style. 13 Carlisle (736) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 27, 2016
Draft in Lake Mills, WI. Pours opaque gold with orange hue. Peppery lemon-citrus aroma with earthy notes. Lemon, pepper, and coriander followed by peanuts in the crisp finish.

So, I normally would not order a Hefeweizen, but I watched many people get one while sitting at the brewery. I usually don’t like the "fake" banana taste I get from them. Anyway, Ordered one and was very happy with it. Came in a tall glass with about 3 inches of head, which is how it was supposed to be poured. Did have that banana aroma, but almost none in the taste. Nice wheat spice flavor. Very tasty. body was what seemed to me to be a much paler straw than most Hefes, still a pretty beer. Nice on a hot spring day. hotstuff (5144) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - SEP 13, 2014
Backlog rating on 8-04-2012. This draft beer at 800 Degrees Three Fires (Fort Wayne, IN) The appearance of this beer is a small white head that is mostly lasting, cloudy straw body, very little carbonation observed, and spotty amounts of lacing. The aroma is clove, wheat malt and banana. The flavor is clove sweet, wheat malt, and banana. The mouthfeel is light carbonation and bubbly. This beer is medium bodied. The clove is upfront in the aroma and flavor of this beer. This beer is worth trying and a beer I would drink again.

Tap from Happy Gnome in a pint glass. Cloudy medium orange/golden color. Plenty of banana on the nose. A little bready and wheat taste and a lot of the typical hefe characteristics. Banana and cloves come to mind. Relatively easy to drink and a good fit for a summer day. I think you can probably find better. Sits well within the middle grouping of hefeweizens. On tap at the brewpub. Comes a cloudy pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, yeast, and malt. Taste is citrus, yeast, malt, wheat, and cloves. Nice summer beer. Braudog (6676) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - JUL 4, 2013
Draft at the brewpub. An almost opaque, yellow-orange brew. Drinks with a semi-creamy consistency, decent weizen characteristics, leaning toward the sweet side of the spectrum. (#5102, 7/2/2013) Block (2700) - Indianapolis, Indiana, USA - AUG 25, 2012
