12oz bottle. Hazy copper pour with a thin off-white head. Sweet malty, bready aroma. Light dark fruity flavor, toasty and a little sweet. Pretty good octoberfest. Lemke10 (981) - Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 18, 2014
Pours a copper orange color with a foamy beige head. The taste is smooth, malty and easy drinking. Nothing special but easy drinking. TheDean (786) - MIlwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 21, 2003
One of the hoppier Octoberfests I have sampled. It's good, because it's beer! Juelze (1146) - Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 5, 2005
Pours a very cleaer reddish rusty brown. Little head even with an aggressive pour. Aroma is of sweet malt with caramel and nothing else my dull nose could pick up. Tastes very smooth with caramel, toffee, and strange as it seems butterscotch. I thought I was crazy for picking that up but it looks like I’m not alone. Very sweet and very smooth but not much else going on here. Seems like it’s lacking something. Carbonation IMHO was fine. jsquire (4489) - St. Marys, Ohio, USA - FEB 22, 2007
Deep copper colored out of the bottle with a thin beige foam ring around the edge of the glass. Nose of caremels with some citrus. Grainy maltiness, white sugar sweetness, light bready notes and a subtle citrus finish. Okay beer that was better with a sandwich. Thanks to JCapriotti for the bottle.

Amber color. Smell of spice, caramel, malt, hops and burnt leaves. Taste of malt, citrus, caramel, hops, grass and flowers. Nice and smooth. cbkschubert (2901) - BFE, Arizona, USA - OCT 30, 2007
12 oz. bottle courtesy of Bockyhorsey - Pours a clear copper color with a 3/4 finger thick off white head. Flavor and aroma is toasted malt. Light to medium body. A decent Märzen. Thanks Bill. esjaygee (3904) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 28, 2008
Amber to orange with a thin white head that quickly fades. Aroma of sweet malt, spice, bread and Vienna. Taste is somewhat spicy and definitely malty with some lager yeast mixed in. Kinda watery and finishes mildly spicy. So-so. WisconsinBeer (716) - St. Paul, Minnesota, USA - OCT 11, 2008
Bottle. Orange amber color, minimal foamy head with a decent bit of carbonation. Flavor is rich roasted malt, a bit of bread, some spiciness toward the end. More hops and spice than the average Marzen. Medium bodied, a bit chalky on the palate. More flavor than most similar style beers. Good stuff. madvike (3264) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 8, 2009
Bottle - Clear amber pour with a small, bubbly head. Not much smell - some malt, but that’s about it. Taste is smooth and malty, but not over the top. It’s pleasant with a little lactose in the background. It feels like a lot of Tyranena beers -- smooth and creamy with just enough carbonation. Decent, but pretty forgettable.
