Bottle. Malty aroma. Amber color with quickly dissipating white head. The flavor is caramel and spices. Pjones6738 (500) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 9, 2002
Golden color, much light than most of the Oktoberfests I’ve had. Good head though. Malty, yet slightly sweet smell. A caramel flavor. Pretty much a one-note beer. Oktoberfests should be more complex than this. ElGaucho (2401) - Minnetonka, Minnesota, USA - NOV 11, 2003
Dry malt aroma with a faint hint of sweetness. Light brownish-orange color like an O-Fest should be. Thin white mostly diminishing head with no visible carbonation. Not a pleasant initial mouthfeel. Very malty and dry. However, some hop zing is is discernable to the trained palate at the back of the tongue. This is the primary redeeming quality of this brew. Somewhat unbalanced and too dry, keeping this from being a very enjoyable brew. The faint hop finish is a nice touch, however. Murphy (1759) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - DEC 16, 2004
Sour, clovey aroma. Big foamy head, color is brown. Light bodied with a nutty and bitter palate. Some off bitterness and metallic tastes creep in though. MIBRomeo (2570) - Wisconsin, USA - OCT 12, 2006

A decent Oktoberfest, but really about average for the style. Light malt flavors and aroma. Some caramel. A little sweet. Medium to thin palate. Very easy to drink. KimJohansen (10492) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - SEP 7, 2008
Clear amber with tiny white head. Sweet malty aroma with caramel notes. Sweet flavor with malty and caramel notes. Ends sweet. noncaloric (684) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 21, 2008
Aroma: Light malts and grassy hops. Appearance: Light amber orange with a finger of off-white head. Leaves a spotty lacing. Flavor: Lightly sweet malt profile, cooked cereals, raw sugar, dry biscuit; balanced by grassy hops. The bitter element is a bit much cold, but the beer comes into balance as it warms. Palate: Watery, but kicks up a nice soft carbonation when savored. troyc (2869) - Illinois, USA - DEC 3, 2008
[Bottle] Pours a clear amber color with a large white head. Grain and distinct caramel in the aroma. Taste is malty, but with a rather light mouthfeel. Sweet caramel in the taste, but not a whole lot of complexity to it. I also get a mineral/metallic character in here that really comes out in the finish. Slightly disappointing after trying other quality Tyranena products. brokensail (16449) - Dublin, California, USA - OCT 8, 2011
A: The beer pours a light amber color with a finger of white head.
S: Smells strongly of bubblegum...okay? A bit of bread and toasted malt. Some earthy hop notes and a definite caramel malt. Maybe a bit of metal to it, too.
T: Like the aroma, intense bubblegum flavor. Earthy hops with a light bitterness. Lots of caramel and toffee flavors with a little bit of spices. A little bit of toasted bread.
M: Medium bodied with a medium carbonation.
O: The bubblegum just ruined this for me.
