12oz bottle on sale at Archers. Pours an ruby toned body with a thin white head. Pumpkin, squash, and carrots with a mild spicy background. Ginger, pumpkin seeds, and all spice. Lots of ginger, anise and more spices. Incense, spices, dry and thin with a light linger of spices to finish. One of the better pumpkin ale Iíve had. shrubber85 (11322) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - DEC 21, 2010
Bottle. Pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon, clove aroma. Slightly hazy amber color with small head. Sweet pumpkin malt and nutmeg flavor. Nice body and moderate carbonation. Good. brokensail (16432) - Dublin, California, USA - NOV 22, 2010
A: The pour is a clear, dark, amber color with very minimal head formation, just a thin ring of tan head.
S: A lot of great spice smells that are certainly reminiscent of pumpkin pie. Good nutmeg and cinnamon as well as some actual pumpkin.
T: Nutmeg, cinnamon, and all spice start this one off providing an almost liquid pumpkin pie flavor. Good sweet and starchy pumpkin character, too.
M: The body is medium with a low to medium carbonation and a fairly smooth mouthfeel overall.
D: One of the best pumpkin beers I had this year (or ever, I suppose). Tyranena makes another good beer. jsquire (4420) - St. Marys, Ohio, USA - NOV 19, 2010
Deep copper color with a tall off white head that left nice lacing. Nice spicey nose that reminded me of cinnamon toast. Flavors of white sugar, all spice, cinnamon, buttered toast and water. It seemed a bit thin. Itís an alright spice beer. JaBier (7806) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - NOV 5, 2010
Bottle purchased at Discount Liquors. Clear orange pour with a medium beige head. Malty nose with cinnamon and a bit of ginger. Malty flavor with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove and the slightest bit of an alcohol burn before a sweet finish.

10/22/10. 12oz bottle. Straightforward sweet pumpkin aroma and flavor with pumpkin and spices - definite nutmeg. Not bad! nwiseman (202) - Norwich, Connecticut, USA - OCT 22, 2010
Gift from awiseman01. Pours a warm amber with a frothy pale head. Nose is full of pumpkin and spicy nutmeg. Tastes sweet and creamy with slight pumpkin. Also some cinnamon with the nutmeg. Goes down very smooth, but the spices linger. Nice balance between the pumpkin and the spice makes this one of the better of its kind. nsquishee (641) - Richfield, Minnesota, USA - OCT 19, 2010
Aroma of pumpkin, nutmeg, and other spices. Color is a clear tan-orange with a small white head. Flavors of spiced malts and some sweetness from the pumpkin. Overall, it is pretty smooth, but nicely contrasted with various spices. andyhwcinc (1884) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 17, 2010
I picked this up from Archer Liquors in Chicago, IL, enjoyed during week 6 of the NFL season - Seahawks vs. Bears. This is a good one - a definitive fall beer. Appearance is a clear orange / pumpkin amber with a thin head. Aroma of pumpkin spices and roasty malts, but the pumpkin aroma dissipates after a couple of minutes. Taste is relatively creamy and not too carbonated, more of a malt backing with touches of pumpkin and spice. Good, enjoyable fall weather brew. Trev (2023) - Lakeville, Minnesota, USA - OCT 15, 2010
amber pour with a thin head.
aroma is malty, pumpkiny, light spice but itís definitely there.
more of the spice in the flavour. Not overpowering thought. Clove, nutmeg...medium sweet maltiness is very graham crackery with the spice.
Light bitterness to the finish keeps itís balance.
