COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Cloudy yellow with a firm white head. Aroma of grain, white bread and cloves, with the odd hint of raspberries. Dry and spicy flavour and slightly tart

Draught at the brewpub. Very mild citric aroma. Quite cloudy light orange colour, almost milky. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour has some clove and a little citrus, the citrus getting more pronounced in the finish. OK refreshing wheat beer.

UPDATED: JUN 17, 2009 Tap at the brewery. Hazy-opalescent orange-yellow body with a stable off-white head. Fine citrus, yeasty and fruity banana aroma. Citrus- fruity flavor too with a smooth malty taste, fine herbal notes in the finish. It was tasty, i think this classic hefe is underrated here.

Diar (121) - SWEDEN - MAY 31, 2009
(tap at brewpub) Its golden/amber and is slightly foggy. It has way too little foam for a weiss. The aroma is light and is missing the typical flavours. Same goes for taste, its a bit watery and has no aftertaste.

ogivlado (7948) - Zagreb, CROATIA - MAY 23, 2009
Draught at the brewpub.
Hazy orange/golden coloured, medium sized white head, fruity wheaty nose. Yeasty, fruity and canned corn with notes of cinnamon, bananas and odd hint of beet. Acidic finish, refreshing.

(6/23/08) Draught at the brewpub in Prague. As "Weissbier 13°". Copper-amber color with a big white head. Aroma of some wheat, light fruity notes and some malt. Sweetish flavor with some wheat, a bit of fruitiness and a bit of caramelly malt. Medium-bodied. Decent.

Svesse (8693) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - AUG 2, 2008
(Draught at Pivovar u Bulovky brewpub, Prague, 22 July 2008) Brownish yellow colour, cloudy, with a frothy, white head. Malty, slightly citric nose with distinct banana aromas. Malty taste with notes of wheat-flour dough and banana. Decent, but rather modest and simple, lacking a little character.

From tap at the brewpub as Weissbier 13°. Pours murky orange with a creamy thick and light yellowish coloured head. Dense wheaty and mild fruity/estery aroma. Sweet fruity banana flavour with a lot of esters. Shows a more dry wheat flavour towards the finish. Ends with a lingering dry wheat flavour.
