(swing top bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, slightly reddish amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Fruity and slightly sourish malty aroma with hints of plums, accompanied by notes of caramel and a whiff of spicy hops in the background. Mildly bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Soft dark malt character with a distinctive plummy fruitiness and traces of caramel; hoppy notes gaining weight towards the mildly fruity and hop bitter, slightly spicy finish. Interesting and rounded brew. 29.XII.16

Bottle 0,33l. Dark brown to red color with violet/red vine tones. Aroma of caramel, plum jam. Sweet flavor – caramel and plums again, bitterness only on background. But aftertaste is dry and bitter, long. Full creamy body, strong carbonated.
Interesting beer – as say Rotin: Baltic porter with plums. But I don’t know if I like it or not :-)

Bottle 0,33l from brewpub. Aroma of sweet caramel and cooked plums. Dark red/brown color, cloudy, highly carbonated. Intensive, full flavor of dark caramel and cooked plums (jam), very sweet, strong. Pleasant hop bitterness on background. Full bodied dark lager, baltic porter with plums. Nice.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours clear dark amber with a small creamy beige head. Aroma is malty. Taste is deep malty caramel, plums and toffee with a moderate herbal finish. Low carbonated.

Plum aroma is light on the nose, red maple color and opaque. Good balance between sweet fruit and malt with hop bitterness. Leaves the palate clean and ready for the next sip.

on tap upstairs at the brewery tap just up the steps from the gift store. colour of brown glass with a hint of purple around the adges and a lingering off-white head; aroma has a real whack of plum povidl (jam) with a cellar dusty mustiness; sticky and jammy texture with enough bitterness to at least be drinkable. easily overshadowed by the wet-hopped 1466 though

Draft at U Medvidku 7. october 2011. Red-brown hazy body and a small off-white rocky head. Aroma of plums, vanilla, cereal and nuts. The taste has a medium sweetness and is lightly bitter. Medium body, oily feel, soft carbonation.

Draught (as "Podzimni Ležak 16°", Alc 6.5%): Deep amber coloured, firm stable off-white head; caramelly and hoppy nose with a subtle fruitiness underneath plus a yeasty touch; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; lingering roasty and caramelly finish with a strong hoppy perfume; no plums detectable. Good, heavy Lager, for God’s sake not so fruity.....

In short: Big vegetal and spicy mess of some kind. Weird and Gross
How: Tap at Pivovarsky Klub, Prague
The look: Cloudy copper body with a medium beige head
In long: Aroma of dogfood. Basic crushed cereals with out-of-control unapropriate impression of herbal cooking spininess (basil type of herbal spices). Green tea and other off-flavours I could have really done without. Lots of prunes and asparagus. What a mess! The only more disagreeable 16° I have ever experienced was in Fahrenheit, on a beach, and wearing only a tight speedo swimming suit.
