on tap at the brewpub. Cloudy pale yellow, large white head. Full-bodied, wheaty and yeasty with a pleasant malt body. Quite hoppy fopr a Hefeweizen, which is really pleasant. Saaz hops combined with this style of beer works perfectly for me. One of the best Hefeweizens I’ve ever tried. motelpogo (7704) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - MAY 2, 2008
i picked up a 1.5 litre PET bottle of this at the brewery to take to a barbecue and drank it out of a plastic cup. quite hazy, murky yellow. very sweet aroma - musk, banana. very drinkable and authentic hefeweizen which just could use a bit of saltiness evanrail (74) - Prague, CZECH REPUBLIC - SEP 30, 2008
1.5-liter bottle courtesy of Pivero — many thanks, amigo. Pours a very cloudy golden amber with a long-lasting, puffy white head. I’m getting some unexpected toffee notes in the nose, followed by atypical spice (not clove) and not too much banana. In the mouth, it is surprisingly malty and rich, finishing quite sweet. A rare beer by any standards, and something I’d definitely like to try again. Like, why don’t I have ten of these bottles in the gimp room? omhper (25128) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUL 3, 2008
Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy pale golden, rich very creamy head. Fruity vanilla aroma. Buttery and lightly oily with clean mouthfeel and cracker-like wheat malt character. A rather fresh and hoppy wheat malt pilsener(!) style beer. asheft (3082) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 29, 2008

Fresh sourness from the wheat comes through in the nose. Hazy dark yellow covered by a nice dense sheet. Smooth and refreshing with good sweetness that is not quite evened out by bitterness. Medium body, clean finish.

Draft. An unclear light golden beer with a lazing dense off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light ntoes of wheat and stronger notes of bread. The flavor is sweet and quite wheaty combiend with some ntoes of bread and fruit, as well as hints of yeast, leading to a dry wheaty and citrusy finish. gunnar (9094) - Sandnes, NORWAY - OCT 8, 2011
On tap at Zly Casy, Prague. Pours hazy straw coloured with a big creamy white head. Aroma is spicy and wheat, moderate banana. Taste is more like a typical hefe with cloves and banana, with the yeast in the background. Sweet, nearly cloying banana towards the end.

Zlý Časy, Prága. Zavaros sötétebb arany szín, közepes méretű, krémes piszkosfehér hab. Banános, erősen búzamalátás és élesztős illat és íz. Megfelelően száraz, szolidan szénsavas és közepesen testes. Nem rossz próbálkozás, de kissé egysíkú, unalmas. DonMagi (5593) - bantervile, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - JUL 4, 2008
Tap at the brewpub. Alround rating: Not very wheaty, yet quite yeasty, grassy and bitter. Alright. thewolf (12597) - Kolding, DENMARK - JUL 11, 2008
Tap @ the brewpub.
[my 100th Czech rating, only the 7th country to reach that point]
Pours lightly hazy yellowish golden. A nice, creamy, white head on top with okay duration and beautiful lacings. Aroma is sweet, malty, clear wheat character, yeast and subdued grassy hops. High carbonation, bordering on a little thin. Good malty flavour with subdued dry hops. Some tartness from the yeast sips through, and perhaps it is a touch too sweet.
