Bottle. [thanks dedollewaitor]
Pours muddy pale amber with a lovely, staying, creamy, light off-white head. Aroma has pleasant caramel, soft earthy, floral, some red apples. High carbonation, lovely dry and creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has good caramel base, very dry and bitter. Earthy again, good piney and grassy notes. Very good lingering bitterness in the finish. Nice one.

Bottle @ Uerige Carsch Haus Pub, Dusseldorf. Bottled March - Consumed Early April. Pours cloudy amber with a creamy white foam. Lovely hoppy nose and flavor. Grass, caramel and even a little pine. Slight yeasty touch. Smooth and full bodied. Ends dry and hoppy. Really nice. Pretty amazing that people fail to recognice the qualities within this beer.

kuphish (381) - Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA - NOV 13, 2011
Bottle from Düsseldorf. Hazy copper body with light particulate. Creamy, off-white, sticky head. Floral hops in the nose followed by light toast and bready yeast. White grape flavor and some caramel on top of mild, lightly browned biscuit. Doughy yeast is very mild and hops don’t come through as much here. Medium body with light-medium carbonation. Good malt presence, but pronounced bitterness, just as in the draft/filtered version. Lingering yeast and faint malt. Quite good, but flavors are a little more muddled than in the filtered version.
