Smager af hest! Men det skal den jo, så stilen er fin, men ikke lige min smag. TorbenJensen (1528) - Valby, DENMARK - OCT 7, 2015
Beautiful, slightly hazy beer with perfect white and durable foam. Brett yeast emits the classic aromas of stables and wet straw. In the aroma you will find also some sweet tones. The taste is, as expected, tart and it is also moderately malty as notes of sweet berry fruits shines through. It’s exotic fruits like apricot and pineapple that characterizes the sweetness, but in the background lurks acid unit reminiscent of fresh grass and straw. Hop bitterness is citrus embossed and puts fine edge for its sour expression just before it gets too much. Rune (12753) - Tromsø, NORWAY - OCT 2, 2015
330ml bottle via djoeye, bb 22.08.15. A large, rocky, off-white head over a next to clear, dark golden body. Fair lacing. Smell of fruit and yeast added by a basement touch. Taste of fresh and mild fruity tartness, plums, peach and cellar, offset by candy sweetness. Moderately tart and sweet to the ending. Smooth on the swallow and fine bodied. Pleasing (at home in Tromsø, 01.10.2015).

Bottle. 6.5%. Best before 22.08.15. Pours a hazy orange with a diminishing off-white head. Sweet aroma with overripe fruits and a hint of grape fruit deep down. A bit cloying. Tart note develops as it warms, as well as a light brett note. Flavour is tart, with a light citrusy hop note. Dryish, fruity note as it warms. Light brett. Dryish finish, tart bordering sour, with a lingering ’regular’ bitterness and a hint of a liquorice bitterness. Light citrus and a hint of milky and mango notes as it warms. Overall so-so; not bad, but feels somewhat tame and, as mentioned, cloying in the aroma. 09.07.15. MrOrla (3207) - Odense C, DENMARK - MAR 1, 2015

Pale golden with medium, white head. Aroma of yeasts, bretts, fruits. Especially green apple and some citrus/tropical fruits notes. It’s sour with medium bitterness. Reminds me a bit apple compote without sugar.
Earthy moutfeel, medium carbonation.
Quite interesting beer, I liked it. Aniela (4216) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JAN 6, 2015
