COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: It’s a beer that’s been thought about for quite some time – actually since the brewers first visit to Sherbrooke Liquor in Edmonton, AB, Canada a few years back, and finally I did it – I manned up and did it! After a whole freaking day of brewing coffee for this beer I can truly say it is Craft. If not devoted to the product who in their right mind would brew hundreds of litres of coffee for a beer? The result is a big and bold smooth Porter with discrete vanilla and coffee notes.
Hops: Magnum, Nelson Sauvin Malts: Pilsner, Caramel, Rye, Oats, Chocolate, Black, Vanilla and coffee.

Bottle from Santa, thanks for the opportunity! Nice vanilla on the nose with bits of chocolate and some faint coffee. A bit more creamed coffee flavor with bits of chocolate and caramel with a creamy silky mouthfeel and a lingering roasty finish. Very nice brew!

330ml bottle from Irma, Copenhagen. Drunk in the Guldesmeden Hotel as the finale to my Scandinavian beerventure. Pours dark with mocha head. Aroma is roast, dark fruits and a hint of vanilla. Taste is a great integration of dark chocolate, coffee and vanilla. Smooth, flavoursome and delicious.

(Bottle) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with dark chocolate, coffee, black rye bread, dried fruit, vanilla and a hint of smoke. Malty, roasted taste with notes of milky coffee, dark chocolate, vanilla, black rye bread, dried fruit, some resin, hints of smoke and a balanced cacao bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Well balanced and tasty. Very nice.

Vighals (3984) - Sørumsand, NORWAY - JAN 5, 2016
Svart med fingerhøyt lys brunt skum. Lukter kaffe og vanilje som lovet. Også kakao og noe mørke bær. Fyldig. Salt og fruktig smak. Noe røyktoner i smak og lukt. Kort
