Hazy amber, creamy white head. Yeasty aroma, malt and light citrus notes. Similar flavour, a little yeasty spice, with slightly rough bitterness.

Bottle [from trade with Yespr] @ joes shared with Joes and Svartvit. Hazy orange color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, a bit buttery, yeasty, somewhat bitter as well and indeed a bit a bit vinous. But overall, meh.

Aroma is malt, yeast, spices, fruit and orange peel. Flavour is malt, fruit, yeast, spices, medium sweet, hop, orange peel, little peach, little grapefruit, medium sweet and bitter.

330ml bottle, via djoeye. Shared with Finn. A slight haze to a dark golden body. Low bubbly white head. Sweaty hops on the nose. Flavoured with pine and brett added by caramel malts. Fruity bitterness to the ending, noticeable alcohol. Acceptable (Tromsø 11.02.2015).

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a tiny, white head. Sweet, malty nose, slightly tart and yeasty. Medium body, rather low in carbonation, sweet and fatty malts, yeasty and phenollic with a bitterish finish. Didn’t really hold up all that well. 170215

Flaske 330ml. Delt med Rune på Nerstranda 11 Feb 15. Gyldenbrun. Medium høyt luftig skum som daler. God plommearoma. Smaken det samme. Antydning til alkohol.

330 ml bottle. Unclear orange body with a big, lasting, creamy off-white head. Very fruity aroma, oranges, peaches, canned fruit, yeast and hint of malt. Flavor has also a lot of fruitiness similar to aroma, also some pleasant zest bitterness and light caramel malt. Fine body and long lasting fruity aftertaste. Not too typical Saison, still very nice and refreshing.

Bottle shared by vestergaard. Thanks! Pours hazy amber with a tiny head. Aroma of nice rural saison with lots of sweeter wheat notes, weak funky brett, white pepper, belpepper, straw and some unripe pear. Taste of ripe apples, bitter fainted hops, funky brett and some peach as well. Probably would have been better if I had this a bit more fresh and the citra hops would come out better. But this was still pretty okay.

Bottle 33cl, expires tomorrow. Pours a dark, hazy amber with a small, white head. Aroma is very pale and wheat malty, some slight hops, pear and citrus dry fruits, dry yeasty notes, hints of funk, white pepper, green bell pepper, pretty spicy. Taste is very spicy and dry as well, but has more sweet alcoholic notes. Ripe mandarin and orange from the malt and an old hoppy bitterness. Hints of dry funk. Medium low carbonation and a pretty full body for it’s style. Decent beer, but i think it might be better fresh.
