COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottled. Pours hazy golden with a small white head, that leaves a fair lacing. Aroma of lemon, grapefruit and caramel. Sweet flavor that ends up dry and solid bitter. Medium bodied, oily text. and soft carb. A very nice IPA close to a 2xIPA.

OleR (4804) - Oslo, NORWAY - AUG 1, 2013
0,33 l bottle brought home from Fish & Beer, København. A mid-sized yellow shaded blond head, upon a hazed deep yellow golden body. Inviting hop aroma. Mix bag tropical, with peach and oranges in the lead. A faint spice tone, and a whiff of piney hop oils. Medium full. If not smooth, slick in the mouth. Taste is boldly bitter. Fruity, but mostely just bitter in general with a leafy and resinous twist. Restrained, slightly sweet and toasted malt body. Fruity/resinous bitterness linger in the finish. Highly drinkable. And a proper beer to sample on the International IPA Day. And cheers to Mr. Papsø!
