3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle 500 ml at home, into a big Guinness glass. ABV 4.3%
Deep golden yellow colour on the body, tall and thick white head siting on top. Crystal clear body of course, with good activity in it. The foam has good retention and it leaves light lacing around the glass.
Aroma of sweet toasted malts and light toffee.
The taste follows the aroma, very sweet, malty, light toffee, bread. On the aftertaste a mild bitterness with a satisfying duration.
Medium thin body, carbonation is okay, towards the lower side.
Overall an okay pilsner.

4. Oct. 2013 A 0.5 l bottle that poured golden body with medium sized head. Decent aroma of herbal hops and strong grainy notes. Fine biscuit flavor, interestingly it was not so harsh, fine herbal bitterness balance it out and even dominates. Medium bodied with long lightly bitter herbal and lemony finish, but this biscuit comes as a bonus at the very end. A decent pils for 10°.
